Council trial of officers of the Plain Turzii Air Wing 71, met insession to consider deviations from the order and military discipline committed by Lieutenant George Alexander, the officeris found guilty.


Lieutenant violated the Law. 80/1995 on the military and otherprovisions of military regulations.

Acts for which Lieutenant George Alexander was found guilty byjudgment of officers of the Council of Air Wing 71 are:

- Participation in the meeting on 23.01.2012, BucharestUniversity Square, the act prohibited

- Wearing military uniform while participating in the meeting

- Neinstiintarea commander about their travel and other garrisontowns during abandonment

At the Council meeting was attended by Lieutenant Alexanderand counsel of his choice.

Delivery of judgment was made in the presence of the officertried, it refused to acknowledge, by signature, the content of the decision, which was recorded in the minutes.

According to art. 23 of RG-8, tried officer may make a request forappeal against the decision adopted by the court, within twoworking days after acknowledgment of its content.
